Orders and product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product information, pricing, and availability accurately. Product images and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if information is inaccurate.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from Guangzhou, China. We typically process orders within 1–2 business days and provide free standard shipping to supported destinations. Estimated delivery is 10–30 days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, destination, and other events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
