Shipping Origin

Cloud Rest orders are prepared and shipped from Guangzhou, China.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, eligible European destinations, Australia, and New Zealand. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery is 10–30 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery timing may vary because of destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control.
