Where do Cloud Rest orders ship from?

Our orders are prepared and shipped from Guangzhou, China.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, eligible European destinations, Australia, and New Zealand.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders to our supported destinations.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–30 days after shipment. Delivery timing can vary because of destination, customs processing, weather, and carrier conditions.

Do you offer a trial or returns?

Yes. You may try eligible Cloud Rest products for 30 nights. If you are not satisfied, contact us within the trial period. Provided the item has not been intentionally damaged, we offer a full refund and cover return-shipping costs. Original packaging is not required.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive the returned item, eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days.

What does OEKO-TEX® documentation mean?

For eligible products, we include factory-supplied OEKO-TEX® documentation in the shipment. If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us before ordering.

How should I care for my bedding?

Always follow the care label on your item. Our journal also shares practical washing, drying, storage, and bedding-care guidance.
