30-Night Trial

We want you to feel confident trying Cloud Rest at home. You may try eligible Cloud Rest products for 30 nights from the date of delivery.

How to request a return

If you are not satisfied, email Serve@micrdcastleds.com within the 30-night trial period. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will provide return instructions.

Eligibility and return shipping

Provided that the item has not been intentionally or maliciously damaged, we will provide a full refund and cover 100% of eligible return-shipping costs. You do not need the original packaging to return an eligible item.

Refund timing

Once the returned item arrives at our return location and eligibility is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so that we can make it right.
